A system already exists with the name you provided

Unable to view or add a system. The system is part of a W2K cluster. mxnode -ln shows it exists in the database. Tried deleting the cluster and all cluster nodes, but deletion failed for the cluster and the "invisible" node. mxnode -r also failed to delete the system or cluster, but did not give an error.

BTW, it's SIM 5.0 running on SQL2000 database.

Hello Dan.

I had this several times. The only solution I found was to restart the SIM service.
