Account for OpenSSH

When I choose a custom install for HP Systems Insight Manager on Windows 2003, you have to specify an account for OpenSSH. After the installation the OpenSSH service runs on the specified account (administrator). What does this account do and where is is needed for ??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
