After updating SIM5.0 SP5 to SIM5.1 have problem viewing some of new Systems Collections

After updating to SIM5.1 I was able create couple of Systens collections, but can not see some of them.
SIM5.1 reports new systems collection saved but in Shared area, but I don't see it and cant locate it.
Please advise on how can I locate and "clean" unvisable collections as well as how can I make them visable?
