Broken Links in HPSIM 4.1 installed on Centos 3.3

Broken Links in HPSIM 4.1 installed on Centos 3.3

Does any one know what could cause this problem? The menu bar is not there as well as the customize button under system lists and the go button under search. I used the same archive to install to a WhiteBox Enterprise Linux box and it is fine.

For those that don't know, WhiteBox and Centos are RHEL 3 src rpms done by other groups.
