Can not start System Management Homepage service
I recently upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2 and ever since I can not get the System Management Homepage service to start. I have tried changing accounts, checking dll's etc, but no luck so far. When I try to start it manually I get a generic 1067 error "Process terminated unexpectedly" message. Any ideas? Origianl install\upgrade went smoothly with no errors and I have tried to reinstall. Still no luck.

Which version of the SMH are you using? Haved you tried the version that comes with SP 7.2?

The version on the executable is 2.0.0.103, not sure where else to look. I'm assuming that it is the version that comes with the 4.2 installation. I haven't tried installing any other versions.

Did another re-install and after about 15 minutes it starting working. Strange, but at least its working.
