Can't accept my password on Windows XP professional.

I am trying to install HP insight Manager 4.2 on Windows Xp professional but its not accepting my password, though it has picked the user and domain automatically.

why? I am trying since yesterday to install, All it says password is incorrect. I have tried to install on 2003 machine and it did work for me but why not XP Professional.

Are there any special characters in your password, particularly in the lead position?

yes i am using !%jun2005 as a password. Does it matter? let me change the password and check, and let you know

I changed the password to shalli321; but still it saying "The supplied password is incorrect"

Anymore thoughts
