Can't Log into HP SIM 4.1

I am having problems logging into HP SIM 4.1. I have been running this for quite some time now. I enter my credentials, it pauses for a minute and then says incorrect login. Nothing in my setup has changed. Am I stuck re-installing or is there some work around.

This should be just using the standard login credentials.
Are you entering the domain in the last field?
Is this under windows or some other OS?
Have you tried logging in via the account HPSIM was installed under?

I too am having a similar problem! Please advise? I just installed using a service account. Installation succcessful; however, when using this same service account to log into the installed HPSIM; 'login error'.

It's not a firewall on either the server or client getting in the way is it?
