Cannot clear logs or perform tasks in Systems Management Homepage

After installing SMH v2.1.2.127 on several ML Class servers I am unable to save thresholds when I change them. In addition to that I cannot clear the hardware logs. Is there a known update that I need to push to the servers to enable these features? Has anyone experienced this issue before?
