Cannot login to my HPSIM

Here is my current config:
HPSIM 5.0 using Windows 2003

Problem:
Suddenly nobody can login fronm the client side.I checked in the local server itself and run HPSIM and it just keeps ckecking HTTP server status after opening HPsim console.
I rebooted server and it is same.

I looked in the event viewer and there is only one serious error:

"Lost connection to the database, exception,java.sql.SQLException, IO error, DB server closed connection"

Any idea how to address this.

Did you perhaps change the password for the account that the SIM service logs in as?

Hi Joel. Actually no. still same password.

I restarted one more time the server and it works.. Very weird. Now, one thing hapenning also is that some users cannot login to the HPSIM. I double check their account and it is there with corresponding authorization.. any idea.????
