Cannot setup trust

Cannot setup trust

I have the CMS, server1 and the agent server2.
When I try to deploy 'initial support pack' it shows the CMS as not trusted.
I cannot work out how to get this to be trusted, and add other agents to also be trusted. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Trust was accepted once I had restarted the server.
