Changing password for HP SIM v5.1, SP5 on Server 2003

There is a password setting somewhere that is elusive. I've set the actual Windows account password and updated the Windows service. I've also run the mxpassword utility to change all Mx* password keys.

But, when I run a software poll the Windows account gets locked out. I can find any comprehensive document from HP that explains where all to change the password.

Any help is appreciated.
