Changing Service Account from HPSIM 4.2
Hi,
[HPSIM4.2 running on a Windows2003 Server Proliant dl580g2 with SQL2000 SP3a]
I would like to change the service account from "HP Systems Insight Manager" from the local "administrator" to a local account with administrative priviliges.
I tried to change the account, the service started but the http-server is not reachable, I am not able to connect to the HPSIM. After changing the account back to the local "administrator" the HPSIM is working.
Has anyone an idea how to change the service account?

Re: Changing Service Account from HPSIM 4.2
It's unclear whether your SQL instance is on the same box or on another server.
Since you were previously using "Administrator", it would seem likely SQL is on the same physical box; although I suppose it is possible pass-through auth might work if the password for Administrator is the same on both boxes.
My guess would be your SQL instance does not know about your new account and thus does not have access to the databases.
