checking for java plug-in

Hi,
when i try to load SIM it hang at "Please wait. Checking for a Java Plug-in."
any help?

If you search this board, you'll find a lot of entries about this. Usually, it's a Java version, cache or configuration error, or a problem with some windows updates which will cause SIM not to respond. It depends on your OS, Java setup etc.

Or more recently it's because you've installed the MS Patch MS04-025 on your Workstation and you now need to update HPSIM with SP1, available for 4.0 or 4.1
