Contract and warranty not working since updating RSSM

All I am getting now after running the contract and warranty report is "no data available". Did work with HP SIM 5.2 until recently without problems, then Remote Software Support Manager was updated, now I lost this information. Which programs must be installed in which order to get the contract information back again? Or is there any other tool that can show the dates like that? Any help appreciated.
