Customized Collection Bug

In SIM 5 I think I found a bug for displaying custom connections. I have collection with 2 rules, the first is for an IP range the second is for a system name that does not contain "dc". When I create this collection it displays normally when I hit View on the edit screen, however once saved the collection is always empty when viewed.
This worked fine for me in SIM 4.

Does anyone else see this or do I have a installation specific issue?
