In System Management home page i have correct product name (i.e. ProLiant 5500) but in IM 4.2 i see only PROLIANT. Anyone is able to explain me how product name (and os name) are captured and because i see different names ? With other brand (i.e.Dell) or old HP Netserver some products name are recognized correctly. Two equal machines are identified as HP Netserver or HP Netserver LC2000 (i swear that are equal!!). Same trouble in os name. Microsoft Windows NT Server or Windows NT, Microsoft Windows 2000 server or Windows 2000. Help me ! :-)
