DL320 - ROM Updates and RILOE II Problems

Hi All,
Anyone out there have DL320s?
Any problems updating them with the latest PSP and ROM?

As well as a VCA issue I've started in another thread, the Online System ROM is not working.

VCA and the System Home Page report that version 06/23/2004 is installed. But, from the VCA Log:
Setup Session Beginning 6/05/2005 - 8:08:15 a.m.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Command Line Parameters Given: /silent

Name: Online ROM Flash for Windows - HP ProLiant DL320 G2 (D13)
New Version: 2004.09.15

Beginning Silent Session...

The software is installed but is not up to date.

Current Version: 2004.06.23

- the component will be updated to the new version

Setup needed to reboot the system, but /reboot was not passed on the
command-line. Setup will not be complete until the system is rebooted.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
End Session
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Server has been rebooted since this update.

Re: DL320 - ROM Updates and RILOE II Problems

Rob,

I have a DL320 G2 server and I was able to successfully update the ROM from version 2004.06.23 to 2004.09.15. The version number gets updated only when the server is rebooted, until then it shows the old version number.
The above log looks like it has successfully updated the ROM. Even I got the same exact message.
May be you can try one more time.

Re: DL320 - ROM Updates and RILOE II Problems

The Server haqs been rebooted since the update.
I'm not too sure what is going on with these Servers but the RILOE II access has stopped on three out of four Servers.
They report the mouse is inoperative.

I believe the ROM Issue and and the VCA Issue are somehow related to an issue with RILOE II Cards.
I've not been able to determine the correaltion as yet.
Four Servers fail, one works all have RILOE II Cards. All were updated the same way, all have the same SNMP settings, trusts, patches etc.
