During the HPSIM install the following Initialization error occurs.

- Initializing http client
ERROR - Initialization error
...Failed
Exception :com.hp.mx.config.MxConfigException: Configuration failed to complete due to the following exception:
Initialization error

After rebooting, the SIM icon will not bring up the sign-on page.
