E-Mail or Telephone Support...

Other than the forum is there anywhere else I can get support for HP-SIM? (E-Mail \ Telephone? I am in the UK) I have tried looking but cannot find the information.

We are having some issues which make HP-SIM totally useless for our environment (the physical link to one of our sites is down, yet HP-SIM still reports the servers as being connectable)
