EMS :: Disk Event Failed not stop after chnage new disk

Hi

Last week in my SIM event log I see disk event failed in one system. After I change new disk
but EMS still sent this event every 1 hours.Anyone can help me for solve this.

Can you give the full content of the EMS message that you're getting? Without seeing it it's hard to comment.
