Event Handling - missing trap details

Hi all,

Environment: SIM 4.1 on Win2k3

I have configured Automatic Event Handling to pass any traps received into the Windows event log on the SIM server. This appears to work fine in most cases.

However, when I receive a trap from the OV SAM product all that gets passed to the event log is the trap description. All the trap details are missing, yet if I look at the event in SIM, I can see the trap details.

Any help on this would be greatly appreaciated.
