False Minor HWstatus SIM alerts
I've tried many things but still a server stays in Minor HWstatus.
This is what I tried :
- rebooting the server
- Hardware status polling
- Software status polling
- Cleared all the alerts for the server in integrated log.
- Cleared all the events for this server.
- Deleted all options in the HP Management page (Control Panel) on server
- Restarted the SNMP service (as well the HP services)
- Deleted the server from SIM (and added him)
- Configure and repair agent
- Replicate agent settings
System info :
Operating system: Windows 2003
Version: Systems Insight Manager 5.0 with SP4 - Windows
Build version: C.05.00.01.01
Any help ?

Re: False Minor HWstatus SIM alerts
Another candidate are NICs with no cable that haven't been disabled or the ILO having no cable.

HP Server Migration Pack 2.0.1
HP Virtual Machine Management Pack 2.0.1
HP BladeSystem Integrated Manager 2.0.2
HP Performance Management Pack 4.0.1
All Network adapters and Ilo are connected and working fine.

Re: False Minor HWstatus SIM alerts
If you find a solution, please let me know as well. I've tried all your solutions as well. It seems like its an issue with the 7.60 agents..but nothing else will install on the W2K machines. My best idea is to install W2K3..
