What does "Evergreen" mean in Entitlement Information view
Randomly, various servers will show something like this in SIM 5.2 in the Entitlement view:
Start Date Evergreen
End Date Evergreen
Status CONTRACT
Last Collection Thu, 4/9/2009, 9:53 AM CDT
System Country code US
Where is this coming from? I dont' have a support contract purchased for ANY of my servers (all standard 3 year out of box warranty).
If I rescan warranty information for these they correct themselves. But the then later on other random servers show this Evergreen status.
I am trying to pull Warranty information into a custom server database we maintain (instead of manually typing it in), but this revolving door of "evergreen" status totally screws it up.
Anyone know what this is?
Nelson

Re: What does "Evergreen" mean in Entitlement Information view
Sorry, I see there is already a post on this issue. I should have searched first.
