We seem to be receiving this alert in out event log quite alot. Any ideas?

Hi Brett,

What version of the agents are you running on the server? If you are unsure:

1) Open Control Panel
2) Run the "HP Management Agents" applet located in the Control Panel
3) In the title bar of the window for the applet, it will state the version number.

In that same window, you will see a list of inactive agents. Check to see if the "Threshold Support" agent in inactive. If it is, move it over to the Active Agents list and see if that gets rid of your event log errors.

Version - 7.30.00.0

Threshold Support agent is already in the 'Active agents' group.

We also receive a lot of these Warnings on all our servers.
A reboot seems to stop the stream of events.
Any ideas on the cause yet ?
