Get "Service Event Details" for trahsfer it to a script

Hello everybody!

Please, tell me how i can get "Service Event Details" for transfer it to a script?

I am using enviroument variables to trasfer some information to a notify script from event type "A Service Incident has been reported (Type 4)" now. I need get some values from "Service Event Details" - it's "The status of the service incident", "Service Incident Identifier assigned to the incident report by the ISEE client", "Recommended action" and etc. (See Attachment) 

I not found this information in database tables HP IC, where it's can located?
