Getting Insight to Dicover all machines

I can get the Insight Peice to recognize lots of our Compaq's. BUT, some of them come up as unmanaged. What do I need to do to make those boxes get dicovered like the rest??? Does SNMP need to be installed on all the boxes? These machines are Citrix servers. Thanks in advance!

SNMP needs to be installed and configured in order for them to become managed.
