Trouble runnung mxtool

I am trying to register some tools in SIM 4.2 and when I run mxtool I get "can't find jvm.dll"

I am running Windows 2003 Standard Server

Is there a way to fix this?

Looks like my path was messed up. I have fixed this issue.
