Had to rebuild, how to import original cert?

I had to rebuild our SIM server. All good so far but I went to Import Server Certificate so SIM will have the same cert that is already deployed with server. I chose option 3) Import signed certificate reply from CA and enter the path to the original simcert.cer. I get an error "Error importing signed certificate: public key in reply doesnt match servers public key". Is this the correct place I need to import this cert from the original install?

I've not done it that way myself as I don't understand how the certificates work.
What I've done in the past is create a new baseline with just the Management Home Page in it. I configure the Management home page with the new certificate and then use the deploy PSP method to just redeploy the SMH complete with the servers new certificate.

It's worked here quite well in the past. I've also posted a more detail summary of the steps before you may be able to find it with a search through the forum.

you can find such info in the doc: "Backing up and restoring HP Systems Insight Manager 5.1 data files in a Windows environment"
just visit the sim doc pages
