Has HPE Discontinued KVM Solutions and Management Software?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to find out if HPE has officially discontinued its KVM solutions like HPE Rackmount Console Kit and KVM IP Console Server with HPE KVM USB Adapter, including the related management software. I’ve noticed that these products seem to be missing from their current catalog, and I haven’t seen any recent updates or support notices.

Has anyone heard anything official about this?

• Is HPE no longer selling KVM hardware?
• What about support or firmware updates for existing devices?
• Are there any recommended alternatives from HPE?

Yes, please get in touch with one of the sales representatives. I’ve been informed that HPE no longer supports or sells KVM solutions at this time. They’ve recommended using third-party vendors for full KVM support.

However, as per your comment, the only solution I was able to configure is the HPE LCD8500 1U INTL Rackmount Console Kit, which is currently available on OCA.
