HBA information not collected in SIM 5.0

Does anybody know who to get this to work. Is this an API-thing or something ?
I discovered, identified my SAN attached systems and ran a collection on it but no succes. Al the other info is comming in fine except for the storage related stuff.

What version of the server agents are you using on the server? what HBA drivers are installed? what information are you looking for in the collection report?

The Insight agents are from the PSP 7.30A. The drivers are 5-5.10.a10.

The info that should be there are i.e. WWN driver version, firmware version. The switch it's connected to etc.

It should work because i've seen it at the ENSA event in Copenhagen in May.

i'm not 100% on this, but it looks like you need to install the storage essentials add on to get this info....

The basic HBA info (WWID,Driver version, firmwareverson, fabric adress etc.) is extracted thru the HBAPI and that is standard within SIM5.0 however I don't know why it doesn't collect that info. The paths to the luns are collected in Storage Essentials.

I will give HP a call.
