HELP!! Unable to DELETE/ADD/EDIT the Servers/Tasks in HPSIM!

I can't delete/add or edit the servers/tasks!
When I tried to delete a Auto Event Handling Task, it prompted me "Unable to Delete Task".

When I tried to delete or add a server, it just refresh the page and no action was done!

All along there was no problem but all of a sudden after the weekend, this thing happened... What shd I do??

Have you checked the Permissions of the SIM Server Account in the Database?

Weird... nothing was done.... but its okay now....!
I guess will monitor for the next few days...
