How to get email notification when system is reachable again?

So I get email notification from my SIM when a server became unreachable. Good! but is there a way to get email notification when the server reachable again without checking SIM console? Thank you very much.

There are events generated when a system is reachable but they're informational events.
You could set up an event task just based on these.
