What is the command to install this file from cdrom? Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

You mean you have downloaded it and burned it onto a CD? You would mount the drive, change to the directory you mounted it in, and execute

sh ./installXXX.sh

where XXX is the version number.

A CD isn't normally involved, you just copy the tar file to your ESX Server. Extract the files, cd to the install directory and run the install script.

I recommend reading the README that comes with the file and also editing the hpmgmt.example.conf file and using that in a silent install, again as per the README instructions.
