Unable to install SSH in DMZ

There is a server in DMZ. I want to install SSH, SMH, VCA and configuring agents. When I'm trying to install I get this error:

hi,

have you used the manage communications tool to diagnose what does'nt work.
what ports do you have enabled on your firewall between hp sim and the target host ?

Hello!

I had opened on firewall for DMZ servers: HTTPS: 2381, HTTP: 280 and for CMS: SSH:22, ICMP, HTTPS: 2381, SMB: 445, SNMP: 161, HTTP: 2301.
OpenSSH service was never installed on this server.
To install OpenSSH service and configure VCA, WMI I'm using local administrator account of DMZ server.

to repeat - have you used the manage communications tool to check all your credentials and protocols work to these systems
