I ran into the same thing as you. I wanted to see what servers were below the current version (7.20a).
I was able to do this by creating a custom list. (See the attached screen capture)
When you create a new list, I used the following criteria:
Search for: Systems
where: software/firmware
system type: System Software Baseline
OS is: Windows 2000
software/firmware is: Software Bundles
name is: IS Proliant pack fpr MS Windows 2000
version is 7.20a
You should be able to use something similar.

Sorry I haven't commented - I was in the Bahamas! REALLY wish I was still there!! If I understand your solution, you are creating a list of the systems that ARE current (=7.20a), which implies that everything NOT on the list, isn't current. How does one display/print THAT (not in the list) information. I have not had a chance to try this, so maybe the answer will be obvious. Thanks!

Sorry, for some reason I thought that you could set the = in the version line to <> (not equal). 7.20.
