HP Agents and Upgrading to Windows 2003

We've got a few Windows 2000 servers with the latest HP Insight Manager agents installed. We're getting ready to upgrade the servers to Windows 2003 and are not sure if the HP Insight Manager agents will cause any upgrade problems.

Thanks! You know, I downloaded that document and completely missed the part about making sure you have the latest drivers installed on the Windows 2000 box first. Duh!
