Hp Insight 4.2 doesn't show some event information

My Hp Insight doesn't show information about Major and Minor Even Status.

HP shows only Critical and Normal even status.

But, if I go to "All systems" link, sometimes I see as Hardware status is Major.

Sorry for my English - but I'am learning this yet.

Because, hp doesn't show Major status in "Uncleared Event Status", a don't obtain email notification.

Can you help me? Do you know, what will I have to chceck? I want to obtain email notification not only when event system is either critical or normal but when event system is major and minro too.

Yes, you are right, but I have same task, where I chose in â Select Eventsâ - (severity is any) and in â Select systemsâ â (system name is any). But in spit of that, I donâ t receive mail information.
