HP Insight Agent 7.20a NetWare 5.1 SP7 Authentication
I have installed the Insight agent 7.20 on NetWare 5.1 servers. I accessed the home page via http://ip_address:2301. My attempts to authenticate fail. The default user name "Administrator" and password "Administrator" do not work. Furthermore, "Operator" and "Operator" for user name and password respectively, also do not work.
Any ideas why?
Thanks,
Scott

Scott,
I believe they are case sensitive (but not positive).
Try lower case 'a' in administrator for both user name and password.
