HP Insight Foundation Agents v8.0 stop unexpectedly

HP Insight Foundation Agents v8.0 stop unexpectedly leaving the following event in the application event. If I uninstall HP Insight Management Agents V8.0 and reinstall HP Insight Management Agents V7.95 everything works fine!
HP ProLiant DL580 G4 Running Windows Server 2003 x64.

Any idea why?

Hi,

yes had same issue, reverted back to 7.91 and everything working fine. looks some issue with this version agent.
