HP Insight Manager 5.3

Dear all
My hP insight manager 5.3 working fine . every alert i got from insight menu . but i can't get through mail . i had verified test mail . it has been sent through my email. but events error doesn't sent to my ID what is the problem.

Just my 2 cents. Under "Options" > "E-mail Settings", double check there. Make sure you click on "OK" button after you have made any modification.
