HP Insight Manager and System Management Homepage

ProLiant ML370 G3 Windows 2003 Standard SP1
Using IE 6.03 Using self-created certificate which works for other apps (web mail and email encryption)

After a new server installation and reboot the HP Insight Manager web page https://localhost:50000/login.jsp does not completely load. The top bar will load but that is all. Sun Java 2 is loaded.
Have tried mapping with server name instead of "localhost" with same results.

Additionally: HP System Management Homepage https://127.0.0.1:2381/ automatically logs in as hpsmh_local_anonymous. When I try to login as administrator using correct password I receive "Login Failed" message.

Please let me know if there is other information you need. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.
