HP Management Agents for servers
on the SNMP tab if you send a test rap..where would I see this "sent test trap" ?
I have localhost and my SIM servers IP address specified in the servers SNMP service properties TRAP tab

Re: HP Management Agents for servers
If you do a search for your server and click on the server, you will get the server(s) name. Now choose the events tab. The event should be there.

Don't forget that if you are sending the test trap from a windows 2008 or 2012 server you need to launch "HP Management Agents" as an administrator otherwise it will look like it sent a trap but nothing actually happens.
