HP managment page: not connect

Hello,

I could not able to open HP managment page. I tried with https://serverip:2381, https://servername:2381. HP managment home page service is running fine.where i can find installed files in the system?

you may want to confrm if you installed the entire PSP , if you did then yu can confirm by netstat -ano and look for the port 2381 to confirm if its opened properly,you can see the logs at C:/cpqsystem...

\hp\hpsmh in the installer folder of 'HP System Management Homepage' (SMH). From here you can verify the running status of SMH, by:

- going through logs\error_log file
- by executing 'smhlogreader' in bin folder

These might help you in getting to the root of the issue.
