HP SIM 4.1 - Auto Event email - include IP

I have configured an Auto Event Handler to email me when a system is unreachable and reachable. As an example:

Event Name: System is unreachable
Event originator: DC1
Event Severity: Critical
Event received: 12-Aug-2004, 10:00:38
Event description: The current system is no longer reachable from the central management server, hardware status polling has marked this system as not responding

Can these automated emails include other information? I would like to include the IP address of the server that is not reachable?

You can't change the format of the email itself. If you want to do this, you'll have to use a command-line mail client and create a custom command to fire when the event is received. You'll find the information you want in the variable DEVICEIPADDRESS0 up to however many IP addresses the device has.
