HP SIM 4.1 restore

We upgraded yesterday from HPSIM 4.1 to the Version 4.2 on a Workstation with a 2,6 Ghz Pentium 4 and with 1 GB Ram.

Now we cant't use the HPSIM 4.2 because the Has this issue been resolved?

MxDomainManager tries to restart every minutes which we can see in the Windows Application Log.

How can we fix this?
