HP SIM 4.1
Just installed SIM 4.1. Started the application and tried to login but get opening page https://localhost:50000.jsp and no further, so cannot loing to SIM. Has anyone else had this problem and what is the fix?
I have tried installing softpaq number SP26191 to resolve this issue but this has not any effect?
Any ideas please? thanks, Shahin

Re: HP SIM 4.1
Shahin,
Are you trying to login on the CMS itself (the server you installed SIM on) or from a workstation browser? What exactly can you see in the browser window?
If it's from a workstation, try the fqdn of the CMS:
https://sim_server.company.com:50000
Did you install the Java runtime along with SIM?
