HP SIM 5.0 and Opera web browser

Has anyone managed to use HP SIM 5.0 with the Opera Web browser? It seems to load the certificate but not the actual page.

Opera is not a supported browser. You should have either IE 6.0 SP1 or Mozilla 1.7.3 or greater

Re: HP SIM 5.0 and Opera web browser

Darn....
Just started using Opera 8.50 and I find it very quick and easy to use.
Haven't implemented HPSIM yet, so I've not had the opportunity to test.

Have SIM 5 and Opera 8.5, and it doesn't work correctly at all.
Can get to the login page, and login, opera then opens and extra page in the background, but neither have anything on them.
Doesn't like the encrption certificate.

Re: HP SIM 5.0 and Opera web browser

Tried to alter my ini file to accept the SIM server credentials, but no luck so far.
I use Opera all the time with external stuff, but have struggled to get it working for any internal server web interface.
