HP SIM 5.3 WBEM Event subscription on Windows 2003

Hi,
I have issues configuring the WBEM subscription
I have a HP SIM 5.3 have installed WBEM agents on target servers, HP SIM Identify the servers with WBEM credentials. have done the Event subscription from HP SIM for the target system
I cannot get the target systems to send WBEM events to HP SIM (cannot use SNMP in my network). Getting the following error on the WBEMESS.LOG file in c:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Logs

(Wed Mar 25 16:10:02 2009.887046140) : Failed the first attempt to retrieve the sink to deliver an event to event consumer WbemEventConsumer="HPSIM_londc-mws-insit" with error code 80040154.
WMI will reload and retry.

Please help
