HP SIM 6.02 deployment of WBEM agent to Win 2003 server

I'm trying to use HP SIM to deploy the WBEM agent to a windows 2003 server. I get the following error when running the task

I'm not sure what the problem with this since I can access the server from RDP and SIM can access the server ip when using Identify System. I've verified that WMI and Pegasus services are running on the CMS and WMI services are running on the Win 2003 server. The ID and password I am using is good. Not sure what else to check. I also get the same error if I try to run Deploy->Deploy Drivers, Firmware and Agents -> Install OpenSSH. Thanks for any help.
