Migrate Tooloxes from old SIM server to a new 6.3 SIM server

Has anyone had any experience or success in migrating toolboxes from one SIM server to another? Is it a matter of taking a copy of the toolbox.xml file and copy that in place on the new server and then the toolboxes will be there and available? Alot of work was done originally to set up various toolboxes with access rights, etc and it would be a shame to have to do that from scratch again.
